One might think a complete renovation would be less of a challenge than a new build. However, done with great care, that is simply not the case. With this home that sits on a highly coveted site on the famed Wailea Gold golf course, the floor to roof renovation involved a near-complete teardown. Seeing the final result, the effort was definitely worth it. New architectural elements and details, both subtle and grand created an entirely new home featuring the latest in construction techniques, fixtures and user-friendly homeowner technology.
